Ruth Gadson - Okinawa, Japan

Ruth Gadson is a 7th-12th grade Language Arts teacher in Okinawa, Japan. She currently teaches Creative Thinking classes for 6th graders and is the Gifted Coordinator at Lester Middle School.  But will be returning to her first love, high school, next school year where she will be teaching AP Language and Composition and American Literature at Kadena High School. Her number one motto is: "I commit myself to the knowledge that I make a significant difference in the lives of young people." Ruth has two children ages 7 and 2 and a wonderful husband, John.
